People Keep Coming Back to Starbucks… But Why? (Persuasive)
Starbucks. When you hear that you may think of the fresh, hot coffee, or the warm smell of their holiday flavors and food, or the refreshing drinks in the summer time. Have you ever thought, why are they always so busy?
Through the mission and values, Starbucks strives to create a “third place” for their employees and customers. They also continue to grow their base of stores, you could find one at almost every corner! The “third place” strategy Starbucks uses is to make sure all customers are welcome. Customers are free to use cafes, restrooms, patios and much more even without making a purchase. A welcoming environment is what Starbucks hopes to give each and every one of their customers.
As a barista myself, I can tell you making a connection with a customer is rewarding for the both of us. Many people come to get a coffee before a long day of work, some may come at the end of the day to treat themselves to something nice. Everyone coming in has their reasons from left to right but making their day extra special and offering a wonderful place for them to come and start or end their day is what makes people continue to come back to Starbucks. You will continue to see long lines in many Starbucks’ but is it worth it? Of course!
